About Trojka

Trojka is a Slovakian television channel that is owned and operated by the Slovak Radio and Television System. The channel was launched on August 8, 2008 under the name STV3, but it was eventually shut down in 2011. After an eight-year hiatus, the channel was brought back to life under the name Trojka. The channel’s new iteration was launched on December 22, 2019.
